Each 9 m² of shell booth will include space, 2.5m height of shell scheme stand with side & back wall panels, fascia with exhibitors name in English, floor carpet, power supply for the booth, 3 spot lights, 1 Nos. 5 amp single phase 3 pin square socket (British standard), 1 table, 2 chairs and 1 waste basket. |

For Shell Scheme & Raw Space (indoor), the additional space can be booked in multiple of 3 m² and Raw Space (outdoor) can be booked in multiple of 50 m² |

| Extra Furniture: |

| Premium Booth: |
15% for 2 side open, 20% for 3 side open and 30% of island space |

| Add On’s: |
Electricity charges of Rs 3,500 / US$ 100 per KW / 24 m² will be charged for Raw Space (indoor & outdoor) |

| Conference registration: |
- Delegation fees for international delegates: US$ 200/- per person
- Delegation fees for government and non-government organizations: Rs 4,500/- per person
- Delegation fees for private organizations: Rs 5,500/- per person
- Delegation fees for students: Rs 3,000/- per person (copy of students ID must be attached at the time of registration)
